Already have Tracello? When Tracello Pro arrives, you can upgrade for $9.99 in the app. The Mac companion is always free. Prices may vary by country and include tax where required.

Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once and keep it.
How do I restore my purchase on a new iPad?
Sign in with the same Apple Account and open Tracello; purchases usually come back on their own. If not, open the side rail, tap Tracello and choose Restore Purchases.
Can I try it before buying?
Yes. Before you buy, you can install both apps, pair your devices and test Pencil pressure on the iPad, so you know Tracello works with your hardware.
Do I need the internet?
No. Tracello works over a cable or your local Wi-Fi. It needs the internet only to buy or restore a purchase through the App Store.
Can I use a different stylus?
Tracello is built and tested with Apple Pencil Pro. Apple Pencil (2nd generation) has pressure and tilt and should work without squeeze; we will list it once tested. Styluses without pressure, including most third-party pens, cannot draw with pressure.
Does it work on Windows?
Not yet. Tracello works with Macs today. A Windows companion is planned after the first release.
How is this different from Sidecar?
Sidecar mirrors or extends your screen. Tracello adds Tablet mode, where the iPad is a blank surface like a Wacom tablet, plus hover, tilt and pressure in pro apps, a wheel that switches between your Mac apps, and Pencil Pro squeeze. Display mode (Tracello Pro, coming soon) is like Sidecar with those tablet features on top.
Refunds
Tracello is sold through the App Store, so Apple handles refunds. To ask for one, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find Tracello and choose Request a refund. If a refund is granted, Tracello adjusts what is unlocked the next time it opens. If you refund Tracello but keep the Pro upgrade, you keep Tablet mode.
